Hands at Work, Heart in Presence is a group program that combines life coaching, guided reflection, and hands-on creative activities to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and meaningful social connection.
Inspired by traditional community practices and informed by research on creativity and mental wellness, the program offers a welcoming space where participants can explore life themes, engage in creative expression, and build authentic relationships. No artistic experience is required.

Morvarid Rostami is a certified transformational and holistic life coach who supports individuals in developing self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful life changes through coaching and holistic practices.

Maryam Bagheri is an Iranian-Canadian visual artist with extensive experience in painting, textiles, and community arts. She creates supportive environments where creativity becomes a tool for reflection, connection, and self-expression.
