From Fragment to Voice: Devising Theatre in Times of Rupture
From Fragment to Voice is an eight-week devised theatre program that invites participants to explore personal and collective experiences through storytelling, movement, creative writing, and performance.
Designed for Persian-speaking immigrants and community members, the program provides a supportive space where lived experiences can be transformed into artistic expression. Through collaborative theatre-making, participants explore themes of identity, memory, displacement, resilience, hope, and belonging, culminating in a collective performance inspired by their own stories.

About the Instructor
Shohreh Saeedibagha is a theatre artist, educator, and PhD Candidate in Education at the University of Manitoba. Her work draws on devised theatre, participatory arts, and community-engaged storytelling to create spaces for reflection, creativity, and collective learning.
