Yoga for Well-Being and Mindful Living
Yoga for Well-Being and Mindful Living is a community-based yoga program offered in Persian (Farsi) that supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation practices.
Drawing from Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa traditions, sessions focus on alignment, flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and stress reduction in a welcoming and supportive environment. The program is open to adults and youth of all experience levels, with no prior yoga experience required.

About the Instructor
Parisa Tabeshmehr has practiced yoga since 2011 and taught Iyengar yoga in Iran before moving to Canada. She is currently a PhD candidate in Neuroscience researching Alzheimer’s disease and brings a unique combination of traditional yoga training and evidence-based knowledge of brain health and well-being to her teaching.
